Fresh Registration Certificate
Apply for a new pharmacy registration certificate with KPPC.

Category A — Documents Required
Following documents must be submitted / attached with the application form:
- Matric Certificate
- Intermediate Certificate
- Pharm-D Transcript
- Pharm-D Degree
- Specimen Signature
- HEC e-Verification
- Affidavit (download blank form, fill & sign, then upload) — Download PDF
For duplicate certificate: FIR and press cutting are also required.
Category B — Documents Required
Following documents must be submitted / attached with the application form:
- Matric DMC
- Matric Certificate
- Clearance Certificate
- Roll Number (enter on form)
- Affidavit (download blank form, fill & sign, then upload) — Download PDF
Renewal Certificate
Renew your existing KPPC registration certificate online.
- Submit renewal application with supporting documents
- Admin review and approval
- Upload payment receipt after approval
- Download renewed certificate when released
Documents Required
Following documents must be submitted / attached with the application form:
- KPK Pharmacy Council Certificate Category.
- Pharm-D Degree of concerned University. (Required)
- Old Renewal Certificate if Issued.
- One passport size photograph with Blue Background.
Good Standing Certificate
Request a certificate of good standing from KPPC.
- Fill application form and upload documents
- Application reviewed by KPPC admin
- Complete payment after approval
- Download certificate from your portal
Documents Required
Following documents must be submitted / attached with the application form:
- Category "A" certificate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pharmacy Council.
- Pharm-D Degree of concerned University. (Required)
Registration Verification
Verify a registered person by CNIC or registration number. Public results include name, father name, issue date, and registration number.
